1. Who we are
MyRaiders.store ("we", "us", "MyRaiders") is an independent online vendor of virtual goods and services for the video game ARC Raiders. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publisher or developer of ARC Raiders. ARC Raiders is a trademark of its respective owners.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that the payment method used belongs to you, and that you accept these terms in full.
3. Nature of goods
Goods sold are virtual items procured through legal in-game means. We do not endorse violations of any third party's terms of service, including the ARC Raiders end-user license agreement. Purchase and use of these items is at your own risk. You are responsible for understanding the rules of the game you play.
4. Delivery
Delivery occurs in-game by friending the buyer's account and meeting at an agreed location. Delivery ETAs are stated per product. Delivery requires the buyer's cooperation: a buyer who is unreachable for more than 24 hours after payment forfeits the ETA guarantee, but the order remains valid.
5. Payments
We accept cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, LTC) via NowPayments and manual Cash App / Zelle transfers. We do not store card details. All sales are final once delivered, subject to the Refund & Replacement Policy.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use MyRaiders.store to launder funds, defraud, harass our staff, or resell our services commercially. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyRaiders is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the storefront or the goods. Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid for the order in question.
