1. What we collect

We collect only what is required to deliver your order: your email address, optional Discord handle, order history, and (when you sign in via Discord) the public profile fields Discord shares with us. Crypto transactions reveal a wallet address — we associate it with your order to confirm payment, and nothing else. We do not collect or store credit card details.

2. How we use it

Email + Discord are used to confirm orders, ship deliveries, and resolve disputes. We never sell or rent your data. We do not run advertising on this site.

3. Service providers

We rely on the following processors strictly for their stated function:

• Vercel — hosting
• Neon — database
• Cloudflare — CDN + DDoS protection
• NowPayments — crypto payment processing
• Discord — OAuth login (optional)
• Gmail — transactional email

4. Cookies

We use a session cookie for sign-in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics scripts (GA4 / Meta Pixel) are env-gated and disabled by default.

5. Data retention

Account and order data are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after (for tax, dispute and legal-compliance purposes). You can request deletion at any time by emailing fellowraider@gmail.com.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. We respond within 30 days.
