Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Account banned within 7 days
If your account is banned by the publisher within 7 days of purchase, contact us through Discord with evidence (screenshot of ban notice, account name, order code). We will issue at our discretion either (a) a 50% refund, or (b) a full replacement of the affected item. Replacement is offered only when our internal review reasonably attributes the ban to the item delivered.
2. Item not delivered within stated ETA
If we miss the delivery ETA shown on the product page, you are entitled to a full refund plus a 10% store credit, applied automatically once the deadline passes and we have not delivered. No questions asked, no review queue.
3. Wrong item delivered
If we deliver the wrong item, you keep the wrong item and we send the correct one free of charge. You do not need to return anything.
4. Buyer changes mind after delivery
All goods sold on MyRaiders.store are virtual digital items. Once delivered in-game, sales are final. We cannot reverse an in-game transfer.
5. Chargebacks
Chargebacks initiated against MyRaiders.store result in (a) a permanent ban from the storefront and (b) a report to relevant gaming community lists. If you have a dispute, contact us first through Discord — we resolve 100% of legitimate complaints without needing the bank involved.
6. How to open a dispute
DM the admin on Discord (handle posted on your order page) with your order code. We respond within 12 hours. Disputes can also be filed through your /dashboard/orderspage once you are signed in.
